Please use this page to email your questions/comments to the Property Owner Advocate. We will respond as quickly as possible. Our goal is to answer your email within three (3) to five (5) business days. If we are unable to answer your question within five (5) business days, we will send you an acknowledgement that we have received your email and are working on a response.

Please note: If it has been less than six (6) months, 180 days, since you first submitted your claim, and you have not been in communication with the claims processing unit, we will forward your inquiry to the appropriate unit and it will be handled through the normal process.
