Confirmation
The State Controller’s Office (SCO) Data Exchange Portal (DEP) automatically generates a confirmation email for uploaded reports or letters. Automatic confirmation is not provided for reports or letters submitted via FTP.
You may also check the Status Report link in the Single Audit Status Report section located on the main page to verify receipt. The Single Audits status report is updated on the 1st and 15th of each month (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for report processing. For example, if your report package was submitted on February 7th, you can check the March 1st status report to verify receipt.
Entities who submit a single audit report that indicates that all awards were received directly from the federal government will receive a SCO No Review Letter. Please see Entities with Direct Funding in the Information and Instructions section.
