Controller Publishing Newspaper Notices About Unclaimed Property
State Controller John Chiang each year publishes a “Notice to Owners of Unclaimed Property” in California newspapers (in compliance with California Code of Civil Procedure, Section 1531, subsections (a)-(c)).

The notices are set to appear once in 47 papers beginning the week of June 17, 2012, and ending the week of Aug. 19, 2012.
