Deployment

The 21st Century Project team uses a Department Support Team (DST) model designed to help departments better manage the implementation of MyCalPAYS. Each department has designated a staff member to serve as the Department Support Team Coordinator. Together, each DST Coordinator works hand-in-hand with their project deployment liaison to ensure that their department is prepared to successfully transition to MyCalPAYS.

A Department Support Team website has been developed to help keep DST Coordinators and team members up to date on project deployment activities. Throughout each phase of the project, the 21st Century Project Deployment team will post key activity due dates, checklists, procedures and other information that will be required from each department. If you have questions, or need additional information, send a message to deployment@sco.ca.gov.
