Effective Tuesday, November 13, 2012 the MyCalPAYS Help Desk, via the Customer Contact Center, temporarily stopped taking live calls. If you have questions or concerns for the MyCalPAYS Help Desk please send an email to mcpccc@sco.ca.gov. SCO University, Legacy, Statewide Locator, and Other/Unknown options are not affected by this change and continue to be available via the Customer Contact Center. |
