About SCO University and MyCalPAYS Training

MyCalPAYS SCO University provides training and support to all users currently on the MyCalPAYS system. SCO University offers a variety of MyCalPAYS training courses designed to build a foundation for learners using flexible modes of delivery including web based training (WBT), virtual and instructor-led classroom training.

As departments begin to make the transition to MyCalPAYS, SCO University works with Department Training Coordinators (DTC) to help identify and prepare students’ learning paths based on their job role. If your department has made the transition to MyCalPAYS and you would like more information on training opportunities, or have questions about training, please contact your MyCalPAYS DTC.

MyCalPAYS Courses

Course Information:

MyCalPAYS curriculum is role based which means you attend training based on your job function. Your user privileges are tied to system roles, which have been identified by your department. Each MyCalPAYS role is associated with a set of training courses that must be completed prior to getting access to MyCalPAYS.

Resources:

Once each department is scheduled to transition to MyCalPAYS, affected users receive log in information on how to access their learning plan in the SCO Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS contains all courses a user needs to complete to gain access to the new system.
