Project Communications

Throughout each phase of the project, the communications team will create materials designed, not only to keep stakeholders and other interested parties up to date on 21st Century Project developments, but to build excitement as each wave of departments prepares to go-live using MyCalPAYS.

Specifically, the communications team will post issues of MyCalPAYS Insights, the projects bi-monthly newsletter; brochures; fliers and other materials designed to educate and inform everyone interested in project developments.
