AB 1389 Report of Pass-Through Payments

AB 1389, Chapter 751, Statutes of 2008 added Health and Safety Code section 33684.  It requires redevelopment agencies to submit a report of all pass-through payments for fiscal year 2008-09 to their respective County Auditor’s Office on or before October 1, 2009.

The State Controller’s Office (SCO) has developed a set of reporting forms (in Excel format), instructions, and other documents to assist you in this reporting process.  The reporting workbook is broken out by number of projects, so use the one with the closest number of projects your agency has.  Please use the links below to access the forms:
