2010 Reporting and Publication Information
Reporting Deadlines
Government Code section 53891 requires cities, counties, and independent special districts to submit completed financial and compensation reports to the State Controller’s Office:
- Within 90 days after the close of the entity’s fiscal year – when submitting reports by paper
- Within 110 days after the close of the entity’s fiscal year – when submitting reports by electronic format
- Within 120 days after the close of a hospital special district’s fiscal year – when submitting reports electronically
Publication Schedules
Compensation information for local government entities will be posted by groups as follows:
