Redevelopment Agencies Financial Transactions Report 2009-10
Reporting Requirements
Per Health and Safety Code Section 33080.1, California Redevelopment Agencies are required to submit an annual report that contains ALL of the following:
- State Controller's Annual Report of Financial Transactions
- Housing and Community Development Report on the Status and Use of the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund
- Two copies of the Independent Financial Audit, in a component unit audit presentation with combining statements by project area and fund, to include an opinion of the agency's compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing redevelopment agencies.
- A copy of the Statement of Indebtedness that was filed with the County Auditor on or before October 1 for the new tax year.
