1550 Cancellations: Special Circumstances

1550. CANCELLATION OF TAX BILL
On the recommendation of the tax collector, the auditor may cancel any tax bill if the total amount is so small that the cost of collection is not justified (Rev. & Tax. Code §4986.8).
