9300 Delinquent List: Publishing Criteria

9300. GENERAL APPLICATION
The tax collector must publish a list of all real property that has become tax-defaulted in the particular year, except the properties that have been redeemed or canceled subsequent to the default and prior to the publication (M-9341). Figure 9.3 is an example of the published Property Tax Default (Delinquent) List.
