9500 Notice of Public Auction: Publication Information

9500. GENERAL APPLICATION
The tax collector must publish a notice of the intended sale, at public auction, of tax-defaulted property subject to the tax collector's power to sell (Rev. & Tax. Code §3702). This serves as a notice to the last assessee and attracts potential bidders to the sale. Figure 9.5 is an example of the Notice of Public Auction.
