9530-9531 Notice of Public Auction: Special Circumstances

9530. CONTENTS OF NOTICE FOR SALE OF CEMETERY 
Health and Safety Code section 8585 provides that, whenever it is proposed to transfer the ownership of any cemetery, proper notification must be given to the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau of the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Use form SCO 9-03 for publishing the notice of sale of any cemetery.

NOTE: Any questions on how to proceed with the sale of a cemetery may be referred to the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau of the Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite S208, Sacramento, CA 95834, (916) 574-7870, or to the State Controller's Bureau of Local Government Policy and Reporting.

9531. PAYMENTS AFTER FIRST PUBLICATION
If taxes on any parcel included in the publication are paid, the parcel may be withdrawn from the remaining publications. This withdrawal is not required, but it may be done if convenient.
