9700. GENERAL APPLICATION

When the State Controller's authorization for a Chapter 8 sale is received, a notice of the agreement to purchase must be published (Rev. & Tax. Code §3798). Figures 9.7a and 9.7b are examples of a Notice of Agreement to Purchase Property Tax-Defaulted for Delinquent Taxes.
