Receive notification when updates have been made to forms or other publications and law changes that may affect reporting holders. Use the form below to subscribe to the distribution list named above. Please note that this distribution list is for holders reporting unclaimed property.

To subscribe to the list:

• Enter your e-mail address and your first and last name
• Click on the Subscribe button to generate a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail account you specified
• Open the e-mail message and follow the instructions to complete the subscription process.
