Cities, Counties Must Notify SCO Regarding RDAs
Recent Legislation (AB 1X 27) provided a way for all Agencies, Cities and Counties to continue operating their Redevelopment Agencies (RDAs) by simply notifying the Controller's Office of their plans.
Agencies must provide a resolution letter to the Controller’s Office by Oct 1. It may be sent by email to RDA-SDsupport@sco.ca.gov, or via U.S. Mail to:
