Direct Deposit is a convenient method to automatically
deposit all of your net earnings into the financial institution
of your choice. Once you enroll, all your payments, including
supplemental payments such as overtime, awards/bonuses,
etc., are transferred to your financial institution.
|
Each agency/campus has the authority/option of establishing
its own eligibility requirements. For example, agencies/campuses
may elect to establish minimum leave balance criteria to
ensure that participant absences can be covered with compensable
time. Please contact your Personnel/Payroll Office to determine
your eligibility.
|
Employees who wish to enroll must complete a Standard
Form 699 (Direct Deposit Authorization Form). You can
obtain
one of these forms from your Personnel/Payroll Office or
print
a Standard Form 699 from the Department of General
Services Web site. Upon completion, return
the form to your Personnel/Payroll Office
for review of your eligibility. Once this form is received
by our office, we will notify your financial institution.
This "Pre-notification" allows them to verify
your account and routing numbers for future disposition
of funds.
