Customer Contact Center (ACD)
Effective Tuesday, October 23, 2012 the State Controller’s Office, Personnel and Payroll Services Division, Customer Contact Center has changed it’s menu options. The following changes have been made:
- A Statewide Locator option has been added as Option 3.
- Option 3, Other, has been moved to Option 4.
- The two Legacy Disability queues have been combined.
Effective Tuesday, November 13, 2012 the MyCalPAYS Help Desk will temporarily stop taking live calls. Please contact the MyCalPAYS Help Desk via e-mail at mcpccc@sco.ca.gov
Please refer to the new call tree that will be in place on November 12, 2012. For questions or concerns regarding the Legacy system, callers should continue to select Option 2 and use the existing call tree to reach the appropriate liaison. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Contact Center at (916) 372-7200.

Former liaison numbers have been reprogrammed with a voicemail instructing calls to dial (916)372-7200. We encourage all departments and campuses to begin using the new ACD.
