Small Business & Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises Advocate

The State Controller’s Office (SCO) Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) Advocate assists SBs and DVBEs in doing business with the SCO. The Advocate serves as a single point of contact for members of the SB and DVBE community. The SCO uses the SB/DVBE Option whenever possible to contract directly with SBs and DVBEs. Please contact the Advocate if you believe your company can provide goods or services to the SCO, have questions regarding contracting with the SCO, or questions regarding the SB/DVBE program.
