We assist Small Businesses (SB) and Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE) on how to do business with the State Controller’s Office (SCO), help resolve contract issues, ensure prompt payment, and disseminate information on pending solicitations. Apply for certification as a SB or DVBE with the Department of General Services (DGS).
