Departmental Time Management Inbound Interfaces

To provide departments/agencies, who have chosen to remain on their current electronic timekeeping system, with a means to interface time sheet data into MyCalPAYS, the 21st Century Project team developed a single electronic transfer with a single file layout for automatic import into MyCalPAYS. All departments/agencies choosing to use their own timekeeping system will need to generate output files in a predefined file layout for import and posting into MyCalPAYS.
