PPSD Customer Contact Center Intermittent Voicemail Challenges 

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: ​The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD), Statewide Customer Contact Center (SCCC) is currently experiencing intermittent challenges with our voicemail system, which may impact our ability to receive and process voicemail messages in a timely manner. We are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We will send an update as soon as the issue has been resolved.​
