Preparation for Bargaining Unit 16 Mass Updates for Personal Leave Program and General Salary Increase Effective July 31, 2025

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: In preparation for Bargaining Unit 16 mass updates, please minimize manual keying of transactions by adhering to the following:

  • Do not key 350 transactions with a July 31, 2025, effective date to ensure the mass update of applicable Personal Leave Program (PLP) transactions is successful.
  • Avoid keying non-critical Employment History/appointment-related transactions effective July 31, 2025, or later to minimize out-of-sequence transactions.
  • A Personnel Letter will be released as the contract implementation for Bargaining Unit 16 is authorized.
