• CLAS Actions for Your Employee on NDI (run time: Approximately 15 minutes) - This presentation walks you through the actions needed in CLAS while your employee is on Non-Industrial Disability Insurance (NDI).
• CLAS Catastrophic Leave Transfers (run time: Approximately 11 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps needed within CLAS to process Catastrophic Leave Transfers.
• CLAS Civil Service Workbook Overview (run time: Approximately 8 minutes) - This presentation is designed to assist users in navigating the Civil Service Workbook to locate procedures for common issues and information about the Leave Accounting System.
• CLAS Earned Benefit Transfers (run time: Approximately 12 minutes) – This presentation is designed to instruct the proper procedure to use when transferring Earned Leave Benefits such as: CTO, Holiday Credit and Excess Hours from a prior agency to the current agency.
• CLAS Intermittent Benefit Tracking (run time: approximately 20 minutes) - This presentation is designed to instruct users in the proper procedure of adding and maintaining Intermittent Leave Benefits to CLAS and tracking them on the Intermittent Benefit Tracking Report each month.
• CLAS Job Aid Overview (run time: Approximately 9 minutes) - This presentation will provide an overview of the California Leave Accounting System (CLAS) Job Aids.
• CLAS Leave Benefit Election Change (run time: Approximately 12 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to provide Personnel Specialists the resources and instruction to successfully process leave benefit election changes. It provides an overview of the election change process and where to look for additional information when trouble shooting.
• CLAS Leave Message System Review (run time: Approximately 10 minutes) - This presentation describes the Leave Message System (LMS), how to access the LMS, how to address and purge messages. 
• CLAS Online Resources and Decentralized Calendar Overview (run time: Approximately 12 minutes) –This presentation provides an overview of some of the Leave Accounting-related online resources available to Personnel Specialists to aid in performing their duties, along with detailed descriptions of the CLAS events that are on the Decentralized calendar.
• CLAS Reports Overview (run time: Approximately 10 minutes) - This presentation reviews the CLAS Reports available on ViewDirect including: Benefit Over Max, Intermittent Benefit Tracking, Leave Activity and Balances, Earned Benefit Audit, & CTO Aging Reports.  
• CLAS Screens Overview (run time: Approximately 23 minutes) - This presentation provides an overview of the different screens available within the California Leave Accounting System (CLAS).
• CLAS State Service Overview (run time: Approximately 9 Minutes) - The purpose of this training is to provide an Overview of how State Service transactions are displayed, entered and calculated within the California Leave Accounting System (CLAS).
• CLAS Vacation and Personal Holiday Waiting Period Training (run time: Approximately 10 minutes) – This presentation is designed to instruct users in the proper procedure for applying an employee’s waiting period to their Vacation and/or Personal Holiday Leave Benefit.
• Continuing on CLAS Condition (run time: Approximately 15 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps required after keying an appointment transaction and the employee has no break in Position History as displayed on the P18 screen.
• Corrections to Leave Benefits in the California Leave Accounting System (run time: Approximately 9 minutes) – This presentation is designed to instruct in the proper procedure to use when making corrections to Leave Benefits in the California Leave accounting System.
• Identifying Position Sequence, Leave System Eligible (LSE) and Not Leave system Eligible (NLSE) in CLAS (run time: Approximately 13 minutes) - This presentation helps you troubleshoot and fix the P18 screen when displaying incorrect position information.  First, you will learn how to identify position sequences within PIMS.  Followed by directions to use the P62 screen to designate an employee Leave System Eligible or Not Leave System Eligible. 
• New to CLAS Condition (run time: Approximately 15 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps required after keying an appointment transaction for an employee who has no prior Position History in CLAS as displayed on the P18 screen.
• New to State Service Condition (run time: Approximately 11 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps required after keying an appointment transaction for an employee who has no prior Position History in CLAS as displayed on the P18 screen but has prior State Service in Employment History.
• Out of Service Benefits in CLAS (run time: Approximately 9 minutes) - This presentation discusses what is an out of service benefit and how to resolve them within the California Leave Accounting System.
• PAR Separation and Separation Reversals in CLAS (run time: Approximately 8 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps needed to update the CLAS Record after a Permanent Separation and/or a Permanent Separation Reversal is keyed in Employment History.
• Previously on CLAS Condition (run time: Approximately 16 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps required after keying an appointment transaction for an employee who has a break in time between Position History entries on CLAS as displayed on the P18 screen.
• Temporary Separations in CLAS (run time: Approximately 8 minutes) - This presentation provides the steps necessary when an employee begins and returns from a temporary separation.  It also discusses the steps necessary when a temporary separation is voided.
