This module will provide introductions to overtime, pay adjustments, and shift differentials.  Topics to be discussed:

An overview about overtime and how to calculate and process; understanding the guidelines around the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for overtime; learn about which forms to use when processing overtime; learn about Earning IDs and which ones to use; learn about how to identify exceptions to keying overtime in the Payment Input Process (PIP) system.

When and how to process pay adjustments using Form 683 – Pay Adjustment Request, and how to identify exceptions to keying the Form STD 683 in the PIP system;

An overview on shift differentials and how to process; determine which form to use; and how to identify exceptions for shift differentials that have to be processed by SCO. This module will also provide resources to help you complete these tasks, and where to look for additional help and assistance.
