Disability Leave Processing Updates
Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.
Description: Effective August 1, agencies must upload the STD. 674 – Payroll Adjustment Notice to ConnectHR by using the dropdown option listed below to improve processing for employees on Disability Leave.
- Disability – STD. 674 (EID not locked on PAR)

- Do not resubmit documents originally submitted prior to August 1, 2025
