Annual Payroll Header Report Form PR421 Fiscal Year 2024/2025 – Process Update

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: An update has been made to the process for Annual Payroll Header Report Form PR421 Fiscal Year 2024/2025. Effective with Fiscal Year 2024/2025 the Annual Payroll Header Report Form PR421 report will no longer be printed and mailed to agencies, the report will be available on Mobius View. Additional information will be provided in the Annual PR421 Payroll Letter.
