New California Leave Accounting System eLearning Available

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is excited to share the newest eLearning module for the California Leave Accounting System (CLAS). The CLAS Intermittent Benefit Tracking Training presentation is available to view on the SCO website, CLAS References webpage.

Statewide Customer Contact Center experiencing Intermittent Outages Resolved

Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD), Statewide Customer Contact Center (SCCC), is no longer experiencing intermittent outages with their phone lines. Per usual, you can contact the SCCC at (916) 372-7200.
