We have posted the "Update Schedule 2017". When executing reports, verify the dates on the update schedule to ensure those dates are available on the MIRS.
The "MIRS Training" page has been updated to reflect our new Enrollment Process for the Refresher, Intermediate and Combo Training Programs. Beginning January 2007, the enrollment process will change from the bi-monthly process to an as needed basis in which the MIRS Consultants will schedule the classes, provide the MIRS Training Schedule and notify each department prior to the classes.
The "Common Library Package" has been revised to reflect the changes. We encourage you to print out a hard copy, so you can refer back to this when you receive a request to write a MIRS report. To execute these reports remember to follow your Common Library Flowchart.
MIRS Initial Training
The "MIRS Training page" has been updated to reflect our new requirements where we ask each new user to complete the MIRS Checklist within 10-business days from the time of receipt. This must be completed before attending the training class. If we have not heard from you after the 10-business days, a MIRS Consultant will be contacting you to offer assistance in completing the MIRS Checklist. "MIRS Initial Training" is only scheduled when a sufficient number of trainees (6-8) have completed the Checklist.
MIRS HELPFUL HINTS
The "MIRS Contact / SCO Services Listing" page has been updated to reflect the change in the MIRS Consultants phone numbers.
REPORT WRITER’S FLOWCHART/CREATING A PROCEDURE FLOWCHART and REPORT WRITING SUMMARY
We have added the "Report Writer's Flowchart / Creating a Procedure Flowchart" and the "Report Writing Summary" to the MIRS References page. This provides a step-by-step process for how to create reports, the definitions of FOCUS Commands, the FOCUS Process and their definitions. To view this information, please access "MIRS References", then scroll down to "Additional References".
