2023 Civil Service Benefits Open Enrollment Resources

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The Statewide Civil Service (SCS) Benefits program put together resources to assist HR offices during the open enrollment period. These resources contain helpful checklists, examples, and common errors. Please see below for important deadlines and friendly reminders:

• 2023 Open Enrollment Resources
• Deadline for uploading new Open Enrollment forms is November 1st, 2023.
• Deadline for responding to Open Enrollment related PR250 Notices is November 22nd, 2023.
• Please do not upload duplicate forms. If you have received a ConnectHR confirmation email, then SCO has received the form.
• Please write “Correction” on any forms submitted to correct a previously uploaded form.
• Use your resources, you got this!

Please note that all presenters must attend a dry run, which will be held on November 14, 2023, from 10 AM to 11 AM. Presenters will receive a separate invitation for the dry run and the forum.
