Personnel and Payroll Services Email Subscription Service

Personnel and Payroll Services Division provides nine (9) lists with news, updates, and information that relate to:

• California Leave Accounting System (CLAS) (Civil Service / Exempt Department)
  The California Leave Accounting System releases information pertaining to system and process updates and/or changes and system availability.
• Fiscal Year-End Process (Civil Service)
  The Fiscal Year-End Process (Civil Service) subscription list will sign up Civil Service Human Resource Specialists and Budget Analysts who participate in the Fiscal Year-End reconciliation with notices of important forms needed for the fiscal year end reconciliation process. This includes the Schedule 8 FTP file sign-up as well as Re-organization & 421/607 position control processes.
• Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS)
  Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS): Subscribe to the MIRS Listserv to receive the latest MIRS system updates, training announcements, and reference material updates.
• Payroll Deductions – Clients (Civil Service)
  The purpose of this subscription is for Civil Service (CS) payroll deduction clients to receive important information about the payroll deduction program.
• Payroll Deductions – Clients (CSU)
  The purpose of this subscription is for California State University (CSU) payroll deduction clients to receive important information about the payroll deduction program.
• Personnel and Payroll (Civil Service)
  The personnel and payroll subscription provides new procedures and updates to existing procedures. This email will contain a link to the procedural letters and will also include a description of the changes.
• Personnel and Payroll (CSU)
  The personnel and payroll subscription provides new procedures and updates to existing procedures as it pertains to the California State University.
• Transaction Supervisors’ Forum (Civil Service)
  The Transaction Supervisors' Forum is a monthly forum for Supervisors and Personnel Officers. The purpose of the forum is to discuss topics that may impact statewide human resources offices.
• Transaction Specialist Educational Forum (Civil Service)
  The Transaction Specialists' Educational Forum is a bi-monthly forum for personnel, payroll, and benefits specialists. The purpose of the forum is for personnel, payroll, and benefits specialists to ask questions, receive clarification on processes or procedures and gain assistance from the Control Agencies' Subject Matter Experts.

To subscribe/unsubscribe to a list:

• Choose the email subscription distribution list you wish to subscribe to from the drop-down list.
• Click on the Subscribe or Unsubscribe option to generate a confirmation email to the distribution list you specified.
• Enter your email address, and your first and last name.
