Removal of Premium Pay Receivership ConnectHR Dropdown OptionAction Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: Effective April 11, 2023, The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division has removed the following documents from the ConnectHR dropdown option:

• Premium Pay - Std. 674 Receiver Request. HR offices must upload these requests to the Premium Pay STD. 671. 674 dropdown option.

Please refer to the current ConnectHR Directory located on the SCO website.

New California Leave Accounting System (CLAS) eLearning Available – Out of Service Benefits in CLAS

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees. 

Description: ​The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is excited to share the newest eLearning module for the California Leave Accounting System (CLAS). Out of Service Benefits in CLAS eLearning is available to view on the SCO website, CLAS References and New eLearning Modules webpages.​
