Personnel Letter #23-033: JULY 1, 2023 SPECIAL SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR RANK-AND-FILE AND EXCLUDED EMPLOYEES IN BARGAINING UNITS 01, 04, 11, 14, 15, 17, 20, AND 21 has been published on the State Controller's Office (SCO) website

Disability Green Cycle Documents

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees and take appropriate action, as necessary. 

Description: Effective January 1, 2024, STD. 674 and STD. 674D documents received for Industrial Disability Leave (IDL), Non-Industrial Disability leave (NDI), State Disability Insurance (SDI), and Temporary Disability (TD) for current month pay, will only be accepted during Green Cycle days as indicated on the Decentralized Calendar.

• Documents uploaded to ConnectHR through the Disability Green Cycle dropdown, outside of the published green cycle days, will be returned with instructions to upload the document to the appropriate Disability Program type.
