New Version of the Leave Activity Balances Report Available

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The California Leave Accounting System (CLAS) Unit has added an additional version of the Leave Activity and Balances (LAB) Report, available in both ViewDirect and Mobius View. The new versions, LASP906CU, titled “LEAVE ACTIVITY & BALANCES REPORT (LAB) - AGENCY & UNIT” and “LEAVE ACTIVITY & BALANCES REPORT (LAB) – NO SSNS (A&U)”, have data broken up into smaller reports by reporting unit. The LAB data remains unchanged, and the original versions of the LAB will continue to be available.

Population Affected: All HR Offices

Correction: Leave Activity and Balances and Employee Statement of Leave Reports Delay Resolved

Date Incident Identified: November 17, 2023

Description: The Leave Activity and Balances (LAB) and Employee Statement of Leave (ESL) Reports delay has been resolved. LAB is now available on ViewDirect and Mobius View.
