Bargaining Unit 19 Special Salary Adjustment Mass Update Effective July 1, 2023

Description: In preparation for the Bargaining Unit 19 Special Salary Adjustment Mass Update effective July 1, 2023, departments should refrain from keying Employment History transactions on September 14, 2023 for eligible employees.

W-2 Paperless Feature Now Available on Cal Employee Connect

Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all employees.

Description: The Cal Employee Connect (CEC) team is excited to announce the deployment of the new “W-2 Paperless Statement” feature.  This new feature will allow employees to download current and previous years’ W-2 statements using any internet-connected device.  

Employees who “opt-in” will be able to view and download their next year’s W-2 Statement earlier than those who are still scheduled to receive their printed version in the mail.

Our “W-2 Paperless” option will help to reduce or minimize potentially higher future printing and mailing costs moving forward.  In addition to these savings, the following benefits could also be realized:
