ConnectHR Drop-down Menu Update – Civil Service Payroll

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: Effective February 24, 2026, the State Controller's Office (SCO) has added the following Civil Service (CS) Payroll selection to the ConnectHR drop-down options:

• CS Payroll – Std. 674 Perm Separation No Final Pay

Please refer to the updated ConnectHR Directory to determine when to use this drop-down. Revisions to the Payroll Procedures Manual (PPM) Section D 003 are forthcoming.
